Data & Account Deletion

At BrainPass, we respect your family's privacy. You have full control over your data and can request the deletion of your account or specific data at any time.

1. Partial Data Deletion (Inside the App)

If you only want to clear your child's progress or remove a specific device without deleting your main Parent Hub account, you can do this directly inside the Parent Hub:

2. Full Account Deletion

If you wish to completely and permanently delete your Parent Hub account and all associated child profiles, telemetry, and settings, please send us an email from the email address registered to your account.

Warning: This action is permanent.

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All Star Points, device settings, and report cards will be permanently wiped from our cloud database. Active premium subscriptions managed through Stripe must be canceled by you prior to deletion to prevent further billing.
